1. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours after approval.

  • Refunds are issued to:

    • Original payment method (PayPal / Credit Card), or

    • Account balance (recommended for faster processing)


2. Warranty Period

  • All products come with a 5-day warranty from the date of delivery.

  • Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within this period.


3. What You Need to Provide

To process your request efficiently, please submit:

A. Photos or videos clearly showing the issue or damage
B. Screenshots of the dispute or complaint (email, PayPal, chat, etc.)
C. (If requested) Return tracking number


4. How to Request a Refund

  2. Submit required photos/videos and supporting screenshots

  3. Our team will review and respond promptly


5. Cases Where Refunds Are Approved

1️⃣ Damaged Products

  • Full refund or free replacement available.

2️⃣ Incorrect or Missing Products

Refund or replacement if:

  • Wrong product received

  • Incorrect size or color

  • Missing components

📏 For size disputes, please provide clear measurement photos.


3️⃣ Product Out of Stock

  • Full refund issued if the product becomes unavailable.

4️⃣ Products Unable to Ship

  • Full refund if shipping is not possible due to logistics restrictions.


5️⃣ Delayed Orders

Refund available if delivery exceeds:

  • 30 days (normal circumstances)

  • 40 days (peak seasons like Black Friday, Christmas)

  • Delays due to extraordinary events (epidemics, force majeure) will be communicated.


6️⃣ Order Cancellation

  • Full refund if cancelled before production starts

  • No refund once manufacturing begins


7️⃣ Missing Packages

  • Full refund if the package is confirmed lost during transit.


6. Cases Where Refunds Are NOT Provided

❌ Order marked as Delivered by tracking
❌ Package unclaimed and destroyed by the carrier
❌ Tracking alerts due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Refused delivery

  • Customs issues

  • Unknown recipient

  • Non-existing phone number


7. Final Notes

  • Zynoracraft reserves the right to verify all claims.

  • Abuse of the refund policy may result in account restrictions.

  • Our goal is always to resolve issues fairly and quickly.
